Who we are: Windows and Beyond is here to take the pain out of restoring your windows to their original condition. We will help you through the process of compiling window codes, processing your warranty claims, and doing the work to get your windows back in working condition. We’ve been selling and servicing wood windows since 1991. Both owners are factory certified technicians. We take great pride in our product knowledge and the level of customer service we provide.

Why we chose this business: About 7 years ago, we saw that many of the manufacturers we worked with were in need of a service network that knew how to deal with homeowners, the end-user. Most of them saw the dealer as their customer and didn’t realize the homeowner, who lives with the product, was actually the person most concerned with service. The dealers who sold the product either didn’t want to be involved with service issues or had gone out of business. Initially, we got into the service business to take care of our own clientele. As time passed, we found that people were contacting us by referral from their neighbors. Now we have the manufacturers referring us, as well.
Our qualifications: Aside from the many years of selling windows, and servicing our customers, we have highly experienced technicians providing our customers with the best service possible. We are able to do window frame repairs, glass replacements and upgrades, hardware replacement and repair, and complete window and door replacements.
What to Expect from Us: Once you process your warranty inquiry through our website, www.windowsandbeyond.net, which includes our contract, code form and appropriate administrative fee*, we will attempt to determine the solution that best suits your situation and we will call or email you if we have questions or concerns (administrative fee applies). This minimizes the billable cost to you. If at all possible, we will order parts or glass in advance of scheduling a service call (after a service agreement has been signed and the administrative fee paid). Our aim is to schedule the appointment and be there on time. We will send the required personnel to complete the job in the most efficient way possible. If we are handling large doors or glass, we may need to send more than one person and extra fees will be required. We do our best to protect all work areas. We only bill by the hour because all jobs and conditions are unique. We work hard to be the best at what we do.
What We Expect From You: We expect you to be on site when we arrive or make other arrangements to allow access. Let us know if we need to provide plastic runners or additional protection for the work area. Please advise us of any other job conditions or requirements so that we come prepared. We are not responsible for shutters or window coverings. If you have them on your windows please remove them before we arrive, and if they are removed by our technician we will not reinstall them when we are done. In the process of changing sashes we will reinstall alarm magnets but will not be responsible for any of the operations of your alarm system. Painting and finishing are done by the homeowner. If the job extends to multiple days, we may ask for interim payments, and daily trip fees will apply. Finally, we expect to be paid promptly on completion of work.
